With over 15 years experience in the art of learning to live with anxiety (the medication and therapy included), over time I’ve taken big steps in managing my own anxiety levels with exercise and self care techniques. “In Favour Of” is a selection of tips and treats that might hopefully help just one person out there (or at least make someone laugh).
I remember, and still encounter the fear of trying new things and I have days where it’s still hard to manage, but for me the standard “Wellness Blog” often focuses on the notion of getting skinny or clean eating. This is not what this website is about! Hopefully you can find the encouragement to try something new and explore your own path of dealing with the stresses of modern life.
